  4. Namak ________________________ Hasb-e-zaika 
  5. Tamater, Salad patte, Pyaz _________ Sajane ke liye 

Method for cooking  Chicken Tandoori  (Tarkeeb)

  • Murghi per Churi ki mad se ghere nishan lgain 
  • Tandoori maslae main namak Adrak lehsan or namak lga kr murghi pr lgain 
  • or is ko kam az kam 3 ghanton ke liye rkh dain 
  • Murghi ko pehle 15 mint ke liye steam main steam krain 
  • Phir oven ki tray main rkh kr pehle se grm oven main 200 degree C pr Sunehri rang any tk pakayen 
  • Ise dish main nikalian 
  • or dish ko pyaz salad patte tamater or kheere se saja dain
