Method for cooking  Lacha Kabab (Tarkeeb)

  • Gosht ko saf dho kr is ki choti botiyan kr lain 
  • pen main 4 pyali pani ubalne ko rkhain or ubal any pr is main gosht ki botiyan dal lain 
  • Taiz anch pr lgate huwe uper any wala jhag nikal lain or anch halki kr dain 
  • Phir is main adrak, lehsan, namak, lal mirch or hari mirchain dal kr itni dair ubalain ke pani khushk hojaye or gosht achi trah gal jaye 
  • is ko thanda kr ke chopper main dal kr pees lain or peeste huwe sath main hara dhania, ande or corn-floor shamil kr lain 
  • chopper se nikal kr pyale main dalain or darmian main dehakta huwa koyela rkh kr uper se ak chai ka chamach banaspati ghee dal dain 
  • Dhak kr das se pandra mint ke liye fridge main rkh dain 
  • Phir koyela nikal kr is mixture se hasb-e-pasand shape ke kabab bna lain 
  • Pen main dal kr ghee se sunehri fry kr lain
