Method for cooking Hyderabadi Qorma حیدرآبادی قورمہ (Tarkeeb)
aik pain mein 1 cup tail garam karkay 4 Adad kati pyaaz golden براؤن bhoonen aur kitcehn paper par nikaali len taakay khasta rahen. aadha kilo بکرنے ka gosht 1 cup dahi, 1 khanay ka chamcha adrak lahsun کاپیسٹ aur hasb zayega namak ke sath meri net karlen. thoray se pani mein 4 Adad kasmiri mirch ubaal kar 2 khanay ke chamchay saabit دھنیے ke sath pees len. mrchon wala paste gosht par lgadin. ab tali hui pyaaz haath se toar کرگوشت mein shaamil kar dein. meri net kiye gosht ko pain mein daal kar halki aanch par paknay den. jab pani khushk hwavr gosht Gul jaye to 2 se 3 cup pani da l- kar pain ڈھکیں aur gosht paknay den. 1 chaye ka chamcha khashkhaash, 1 chaye ka chamcha kala zeera, 1 chaye ka chamcha safaid zeera, 2 khanay ke chamchay پساکھوپرا aur 6عدد hari alaichi aik sath pees len. pissa huwa masalha aur 1 khanay ka chamcha ghee daal kar dam par chore den. tayyar hidraabadi qorma nan ya bghare chawal ke sath saro karen .
