- Tail garam karkay is mein pyaaz brown karen .
- Ab dahi mein namak, dhaniya, laal mirch, jaiphal, jawatri, haldi, zafran aur adrak lahsun ka paste daal kar mix karen aur tali pyaaz mein mila kar bhon len .
