  1. Murghi ki botiyan (bgair Hadi) __________________ 1/2 Kg
  2. Tamatar (Pise huwee)_________________________ 2 adad
  3. Pyaz (tali Huwi)______________________________1 khane ka chamach
  4. Hari Mirch (lambi katti huwi)___________________ 4 adad
  5. Adrak (bareek katti huwi) ______________________ 1 khane ka chamach
  6. Pssi huwi lal mirch , Pissa huwa lehsan ___________ 1 , 1 chai ka chamach
  7. Dhi (phenti huwi) _____________________________ 2 khane ke chamach
  8. Sabit Dhania , Sabit Safed zera ___________________ 1, 1 khane ka chamach
  9. Pssi huwi haldi ________________________________ 1/4 chai ka chamach
  10. Kasoori Methi, Pissa huw garam Masala ____________ 1/2, 1/2 chai ka chamach
  11. Taaza Cream __________________________________ 4 khane ke chamche
  12. Tail __________________________________________ 1/2 Piali 
  13. Tamatar , Kheera , Pyaz , Hari mirchain _____________ Sajane Ke liye.

Method for cooking Chicken Handi (Tarkeeb)

  • Daikchi main tail grm kr ke lehsan snehri kr lain. 
  • Is main tamater or Pyaz dal kar 5 mint tk bhoon lain 
  • Is main Lal Mirch, Haldi or Tamater Mila kr tail alag hone tk pakain.
  • Phir Murghi mila kar pani khushk kr lain 
  • Phir is main dhi, Dhania, Adrak, Zeera or hari mirchain dal kar chand mint tak bhoonain 
  • Phir qasoori methi , garam masala or cream mila kr dish main nikal lain 
  • Mazeedar Handi - tamatar ,kheere , pyaz or hari mirchon se saja kr paish krain.
