Method for cooking Aash (Tarkeeb)
- Channon ko saf dho kr meetha soda or garam pani dal kr bhigo dain, phir is main ak chop ki huwi pyaz , 2 chop tamater , namak , ak chai ka chamach adrak lehsan , ½ chai ka chamach haldi dal kr ubal lain
- Achi trah gal jaye toh halka halka kuchal kr rkh lain
- Qeeme ko tyar krne ke liye 4 khane ke chamach cooking oil main bareek chop ki huwi pyaz or adrak lehsan ko 4 se 5 mint fry krain , phir is main qeema dal kr taiz anch pr 3 se 4 mint fry krain
- Akhir main haldi lal mirch or temater ko blen kr ke Dalian or achi trah bhonte huwe tail alehda hone pr cholhe se utar lain
- Dhi ko phent kr is main namak , lehsan , kali mirchain mila lain
- Spaghetti ko namak mille pani main milla lain
