aik pyaale mein hasb zayega namak, 1 chaaye ka chamcha adrak lahsun کاپیسٹ, 1 khanay ka chamcha Papeetay ka paste, 1 / 2 chaaye ka chamcha KATI kaali mirch, 1 / 2 cup dahi, 1 / 2 chaaye ka chamcha pissi laal mirch, 1 / 2 chaaye ka chamcha KATI zeera, 1 / 2 chaaye ka chamcha kata dhaniya, 1 chuttki jaiphal, 2 لیموﺅں ka ras, 1 chuttki zafran aur khanay ka chamcha tail mila kar meri net tayyar karen. 

1 / 2 kilo bakray ya gaaye ke gosht par tayyar masalha achi terhan lagaakar 4 se 5? ghantay meri net honay den.

  • Achi trah gal jaye toh halka halka kuchal kr rkh lain 
  • Qeeme ko tyar krne ke liye 4 khane ke chamach cooking oil main bareek chop ki huwi pyaz or adrak lehsan ko 4 se 5 mint fry krain , phir is main qeema dal kr taiz anch pr 3 se 4 mint fry krain 
  • Akhir main haldi lal mirch or temater ko blen kr ke Dalian or achi trah bhonte huwe tail alehda hone pr cholhe se utar lain 
  • Dhi ko phent kr is main namak , lehsan , kali mirchain mila lain 
  • Spaghetti ko namak mille pani main milla lain

  • Phir is main adrak, lehsan, namak, lal mirch or hari mirchain dal kr itni dair ubalain ke pani khushk hojaye or gosht achi trah gal jaye 
  • is ko thanda kr ke chopper main dal kr pees lain or peeste huwe sath main hara dhania, ande or corn-floor shamil kr lain 
  • chopper se nikal kr pyale main dalain or darmian main dehakta huwa koyela rkh kr uper se ak chai ka chamach banaspati ghee dal dain 
  • Dhak kr das se pandra mint ke liye fridge main rkh dain
