Tandoori masalha ke liye :

  1. Blender mein namak, garam masalha, laal mirch, orange red colour, dhaniya, sonf aur safaid zeera daal kar bareek pees len aur bottle mein bhar kar istemaal karen .

Chrghe ke liye : 

  1. chicken par kat laga den .
  2. phir aik pyaale mein dahi, tayyar kya howa tandoori masalha, namak, lemoo ka ras, sirka, adrak lahsun ka paste aur tail daal kar mix karlen .
  3. ab chicken ko is mkschr mein do ghantay ke liye meri net kar len .
  4. phir usay pain mein daal kar halki aanch par chicken ke galnay taq پکالیں
  5. Ap ka chargha bilkul tyar hai
