Method for cooking Tandoori Chargha تندوری چرغہ (Tarkeeb)
Tandoori masalha ke liye :- Blender mein namak, garam masalha, laal mirch, orange red colour, dhaniya, sonf aur safaid zeera daal kar bareek pees len aur bottle mein bhar kar istemaal karen .
Chrghe ke liye :
- chicken par kat laga den .
- phir aik pyaale mein dahi, tayyar kya howa tandoori masalha, namak, lemoo ka ras, sirka, adrak lahsun ka paste aur tail daal kar mix karlen .
- ab chicken ko is mkschr mein do ghantay ke liye meri net kar len .
- phir usay pain mein daal kar halki aanch par chicken ke galnay taq پکالیں
